As a club we play a full and active part in community life. We want to provide opportunities to play, support and enjoy cricket at an ambitious, friendly and welcoming club - to achieve this we work hard at raising funds.

  • Sponsorship: We have sponsorship opportunities available to individuals and businesses – this can range from sponsoring a match ball, advertising in our handbook to sponsoring one of our teams. We can offer advertising at our ground, on shirts and we also make sure Sponsors get regular coverage on our website.
    • To give an example, a very modest amount could see a business associated with the fantastic work we do on our junior cricket programme – and you will have the satisfaction of knowing how your sponsorship is used.
  • Support our Sponsors:  Our Club relies on our sponsors. Their generosity supports the local community – so please support the businesses listed on our website and mention us when you are.
  • Beer Festival: Our main fundraising event is the world famous KCC beer festival. In 2018 it will be on 21st and 22nd September and with live music, 20+ hand-pulled beers and a BBQ it’s something to get on your diary early.  The Festival is hugely important to us and is made possible by sponsorship from supporters and local businesses. If you’d like to find out more please get in touch.
  • Social Membership: If playing isn’t for you then you could join us as a social member. There is cricket played at the Croft every Saturday in the season and we usually have a local hand pumped beer available – we can’t guarantee the weather but a warm welcome at a friendly club comes as standard for all social members.
  • Practical help: Providing facilities and equipment is a huge task – we maintain our club house and a range of equipment and rely on volunteer teams to do this. If you can provide any practical help or support we would be very grateful.
